Our principals, Eric and Larry, first began consulting with clients and their financial advisors, accountants, attorneys, and other trusted advisors about their retirement plan needs more than 30 years ago. The team has established 1000s of plans of almost all types and sizes during their lengthy careers. They’ve seen many changes during those years, but one thing hasn’t changed: their commitment to providing the highest level of service and integrity from start to finish.
The Best Way to Understand Who We Are is to Learn About Who We’ve Helped.
George runs a small but quickly growing company. He has an excellent staff and wants to keep them and hire new high-quality employees to help his business continue its success. He knows that having a robust employees benefits program will help him retain his current employee and help distinguish his business as one of the best in the area to work for. Pathway Retirement set up a safe harbor 401(k) with profit sharing that will allow him to maximize his individual benefit and provide generous contributions to his employees. Because the tax savings more than offset the employees’ cost, it’s a win-win for all.
Bill owns a very successful consulting firm with 8 employees. He is approaching retirement age, but because he’s been re-investing in his business all these years he hasn’t set much aside for his personal savings. Pathway Retirement established a 401(k)/Cash Balance Plan combination that allows him to contribute (and deduct) more than $250,000 annually, with more than 80% of that going to his retirement accounts. In 5 years he expects to have well over $1 million in his account and combined with what he expects from the proceeds of selling his company one day, will make for a very comfortable retirement.
